Die Rings
Raw material.
Our dies are made of a premium quality chrome steel of exceptional wear resistance and durability. Machining. The basic shape is machined on CNC machines to very fine tolerances
Drilling.
We use gun drilling to produce a highly polished extrusion hole.This ensures high production and reduces blockages. Hardening. Dies are through hardened in a vacuum oven to a final hardness of 52 to 54 HRC.
Finishing.
